Frequently Asked Questions
How much space is required to place the machines?
The minimum space requirement is at least 2x2ft of space. This will fit two of our Chibi machines.
Our machines can fit in any kind of storefronts, big or small. If you'd like bigger machines, the min space requirement can be from 5-10ft.
How do I know if the claw machine is fair to my customers?
We pride ourselves in providing claw machines that are actually "winnable" with high quality prizes. We are fully transparent that most of our machines do take more than one play to win, and skill.
We are also flexible in allowing play until you win settings on most of our machines if that is what you prefer in your business.
How often do you restock the prizes?
Restocking the prizes depends on the machine popularity at your storefront. We will check and refill the prizes for the mini claw machine at least once a week, to once a month.
We will also have new rotated prizes to the machines monthly.
Are there any permits needed to operate a mini claw machine?
Yes, Amusy will be the one required to obtain all local licenses and permits.
For example, in WA state we have the amusement operator license required to operate amusement devices. We will make sure to add your location onto our master license.
What is the revenue share?
We offer a % of the monthly gross commissions, it is dependent on the foot traffic and the type of storefront.
We can also adjust it to another form of payment, such as a monthly/rent amount. Please contact us for more details!
Is it really free?
Yes! Our claw machine program is free to your business. ​Space, wifi, and electricity is only required to operate our claw machines.
